Place of departure and return

Departures and returns take place at Porte d'Orléans 75014 Paris (avenue de la Porte d'Orléans, level of the Elisabeth swimming pool, odd numbered side).

At the beginning

Be provided with his registration form, identity papers and your visas, to be presented to the driver.
Anyone arriving late for departure cannot be waited for by the bus.

Coaches

  • Touring coach, without further comfort material specification

  • Seats in the coaches are not nominative and can be exchanged

  • The indicative times of the programs are based on normal traffic conditions, apart from unforeseeable causes of delay, non-compensable, not covered by insurance

  • The departure times for the stages of the “comfort” stop program, etc. (excluding stops for commercial purposes, excluded from the program), decided by and for the driver, are imperative, comply with the drivers for the times and places of departure.

  • Keep your papers/viaticums/hotel details as well as travel insurance with you, so that in the event of a late appointment, you can join the group or Paris on your own (at your expense).

  • Club Alliance Voyages reserves the right to modify/replace and/or reverse the stages/schedules of the programs subject to offering stages equivalent to the initial program

Hotels

  • Hotel comfort/cleanliness to local standard (see tourist guides)

  • Without specification of situation, hotel which remains in adequacy with the price of the trip

  • The rooms are accessible, after lunch, early enough to go to sleep, according to the non-modifiable distribution transmitted by club alliance

  • The receptionists are your guides for hotel questions.

  • Room details: 

    • Single room = single bed | Double = double bed | triple = 3 single beds or 1 double bed + 1 single bed

    • Twin shared double room: 2 single beds, ( if there is no other traveler of the same sex to share the room, we will contact you. You can pay the difference for a single room, add a participant to your reservation or cancel your trip which will be refunded).

    • Adult room with child: 2 single beds

 

Cancellation / modification

Any request for cancellation or modification must be sent to the following address:   contact@uniquetour.fr

In the event of cancellation or modification on your part, the following costs will be deducted from the total amount of the trip to be reimbursed.

Cancellation/amendment fees

Penalties vary depending on length of trip and time of cancellation

More than 1 working day before departure of a 1-day trip: 30%

More than 2 working days before the departure of a 2-day trip: 30%

More than 3 working days before departure of a 3-day trip, etc. : 30%

Less than 1 day or 1 day (working) before departure of a 1-day trip: 100%

Less than 2 days or 2 (working) days before departure of a 2-day trip: 100%

Less than 3 days or 3 days (working) before departure of a 3-day trip, etc. : 100%

 

Confirmation of trip

We cannot confirm any trip if:

  • Unavailability by coach or hotel from the date we register 20 requests

  • force majeure

  • If the 20 registrations are not reached, we offer a postponement or refund.

It is up to you to check the confirmation (or not), which can be at the latest: a little more than 1 working day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) before a 1-day trip, a little more than _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_2 working days before a 2 day trip etc.

In these cases, it is possible to transfer to a substitute trip (if there is a 2ᵉ choice, the postponement is automatic), or by terminating the contract without penalties on either side.


Services not included

  • Accompanying persons not included in the trips.

  • The drivers are not subject to an obligation to supervise the group, they are not guides /guide 

  • Public transport and taxis not included

  • Entrances to museums (etc.) free or paid, not included

  • Meals not included

  • The administrative formalities, in particular visa, according to consulates, in particular for non-nationals of the Schengen zone are under your responsibility

  • All the prices mentioned on this site can be modified 30 days before the date of departure, either because of the international monetary situation, or because of the world fuel crisis and this under the terms of art 83-42A relating to the advertising of prices for trips and stays
